These are plain-language terms for members of Vanta FX. By signing in and accepting them you agree to them.
No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to every plan, whether or not the bot has placed a trade for you, and also if you stop the bot, disconnect your broker or end your membership before your plan runs out.
Why
Your plan starts when you receive your login. From then on the service is provided and cloud servers are reserved for you for the whole period.
Before you pay
Read the Terms of Service and the risk warning first. If you are unsure about anything, ask our team in the Discord before you pay.
No hidden cancellation
You do not need to cancel to avoid a charge: plans are not renewed automatically.
Payment problems
If you paid but your plan was not started or extended, contact our team with your username and the payment details, and we will check it.
Your rights
This policy does not limit any right you have under the law where you live, including the right to ask your bank or card issuer about a payment.
